Aadi Consulting was born out of a simple but overlooked truth: hospitality doesn’t just need creativity — it needs systems. The kind of design that works during the Monday morning prep rush and Saturday night peak service. The kind of planning that keeps costs low, staff movement efficient, and brand experience consistent, from the kitchen door to the customer’s plate.
Since 2018, we’ve partnered with restaurants, cafes, QSR chains, and cloud kitchens to bring that philosophy to life. Our work spans concept planning, kitchen logic, retail delivery, sourcing, and execution — all led by people who’ve done this at scale, for decades.
